Welcome to the website of Shrewsbury Concert Band
Shrewsbury Concert Band is an adult (ie over 16 years) wind band that rehearses at 7.30pm on thursdays during the school term at Meole Brace School, Longden Road in Shrewsbury SY3 9DW.
The band is conducted by Ken Lumley Head of music at Meole Brace School
The band attracts players from all over the county of Shropshire and performs in and around the County throughout the year.
We play a wide range of music arranged for wind band from William Byrd to the Beatles.
